Jul 2, 2023 · In the books Frankie originally had all black hair but added white streaks it could be the same in G1 as evidenced by her Ghouls Rule look so in G3 it's possible as well. If you're only talking about g3 it's just they/them pronouns. This post seems g3 directed so just for next time .
