Daniel Edward Sidney Lloyd (born October 13, 1972) is an American former child actor best known for playing Danny Torrance in Stanley Kubrick's 1980 horror film The Shining. After appearing in the 1982 television film Will: G. Gordon Liddy, Lloyd retired from acting.
