Mar 4, 2015 · DX9 Carry is likely one of my favourite 3rd party figures and the Rodimus Prime I always wanted. However, it's slightly troublesome in that scalewise it's a MP, but the design is based on the Ox style (with the wrong colours) so it only fits in a non-cartoon MP line.

Jan 9, 2018 · I don’t think Carry is meaninglessly stylized. I think they just followed the OX aesthetics to have a more interesting look. Plus I think DX9 probably felt they had to differentiate from MP-09 to create demand. If they followed the toon design, most people who have MP-09 might have just passed on it since they had an official one.

Mar 4, 2015 · DX9 really dropped the ball on my copy and several other copies as quite a few people are having the heel issue. I guess their QC checkers took the day off. Honestly, I really like this figure, enough to buy a second copy because he's that good of a figure, if only they could have QC'd these issues before shipping them out.

Mar 4, 2015 · Since buying a lot of 3rd party figures lately, I've already had a few figures with bad QC, Zeta Jazzy, ZB-04 Catapult, missing combiner hip skirt on my TM Havoc, horrible elbow joints on some of the Constructor bots, and my copy of DX9 Carry. If every copy of Carry has the foot issue, then I'm done with that mold due to their lazy product QC.

I noticed Rumble619 (after I placed an order for my first prototype) did something similar, and MegaMoonMan has taken that design and created them with his 3d printer. They are great products check them out! Anyway that's not what I wanted!!
