Sans is the Most Determined, since the DT is More Potent on a Monster with Low Stats. DT can be drained and can run out eventually, but Skeletons Have DT Drained Faster as they absorb it Faster and there's nothing stopping it from Leaving.

Determined Sans (Or Determisans) Is the main protagonist of Determitale. He is at any point unable to take damage, unless striked in his eyesockets, due to him having access to Frisk's determination. Surprisingly, sans had remembered all those times frisk/chara killed them.

Max!DT!Sans was a normal sans who, like Geno, injected himself with determination. However, he injected himself with much more DT than normal Geno and then absorbed a save star. He kept absorbing more and more save stars until the timeline wouldn't let him absorb any more DT.

The DT allows Sans to collect EXP and LV. It also made the EXP worth more. He went deeper into the lab in search of Undyne from the tests, but all he got was a wall of Spears and a discarded Eyepatch that Undyne left in a hurry.
