Jan 14, 2021 · It doesn't have a DRL relay beside the fuse box. I assume it wasn't made with the DRL feature. I have also checked the VIN on some vin decoder sites; which say no DRL. Vehicle was made in USA (Ohio). High beam bulb circuit is standard +12V (from high beam relay) and ground. But I have sometimes observed that the DRL comes on (a few times).

I have checked the high beam fuses which are 10A fuses Inside and under the hood. I replaced those and no difference. Bulbs seem to be fine. Only thing I can think of is a relay or control unit.
