May 9, 2018 · For Lasallians, two specialized components are currently being offered under the NSTP, namely, the Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS) and the Literacy Training Service (LTS). May 12, 2013 · The development of a handbook which contains the policies, guidelines and reminders will be helpful for CWTS students, class facilitators, area coordinators and program implementers. The CWTS handbook is aligned to the DLSU student handbook 2012-2015 edition and revised CWTS manual of operations.
