Jul 24, 2012 · The lcd screen on my DDX3216 has gradually faded to a point that it takes almost 2+ hours for it to "warm up" and all i can see is a faint image on the screen. I literally have to plant my eyeball 2 cm from the screen to see anything! The backlight is still lit.

Feb 23, 2014 · Hi All. I have the same problem with the DDX3216 screen. It lights up, but cant see anything on it. I don't know enough about electronics to attempt a repair, so, could someone recommend an engineer to repair it please, preferably in Essex, UK. Thanks.

Aug 31, 2012 · After the CPU completes it's power-on sequence (about 14 seconds, during which the display shows the "DDX3216" splash screen) it then loads the last state stored before last power-off. If that state has been stored incorrectly (power supply fault or something) then it won't load and the cpu just hangs at that point (buttons un-responsive etc).

Aug 23, 2011 · The DDX3216 works in full, stores all the parameters are edited, but does not move the faders and the sound is perfect When I move the faders manually, the display includes the movement. The memories that I edit, making the actual fader position when stored, but do recall, the display changes to show the position they have at the moment

Overwhelmingly, the solution we took to the problem described here was the replacement of crystal Q3, 32.768kHz. Over and over, the problem reads the same: runs for awhile, then locks up, no control, etc. Sure, there are also the ubiquitous cap issues and poor ...

Sep 1, 2021 · I tried another PSU from a 100% working ddx3216, all is working fine. So the problem is in the power supply. Back to testing the PSU. Maybe measure it with a load attached to the 5 volt side. br Maurice

Apr 1, 2015 · I have bought a non-working Behringer DDX3216 digital mixer and trying to get it to work again. I have already found several interesting threads here. The one I got starts up with the full screen logo and then stops. The guy I bought it from said he replaced one of the Flash ROM ICs (IC15) with one from a working unit and that fixed the problem.

I've already read all the previous threads but unfortunately I haven't found the solution. In my DDX3216, the first part of boot is correct but the mixer remains in the state shown by the following picture.

The dreaded DDX3216... 05-27-2022, 10:55 PM So I've recently become the owner of one of these Behringer DDX3216 digital mixers, it was working fine but every now and again all the clip LED's would light indicating the power supply on its way out so decided to completely recap it.
