Well i heard a lot of positives about how dbrand is a good brand and has really good customer support before placing my order. Its been 10 days today and my order is still stuck with 'Manufacturing delay', wrote a ticket to support requesting an update, no reply. And all this, after i paid extra for 'Premium shipping'.

I wish dBrand had more options for texture on their skins. I tried the leather option and it was nice, slightly more premium than the regular skins. Also, the installation process varies from the person and phone, but I wish they had an option that if you bought a skin + Grip case, that it would come already pre-installed.

Barely 6 months later it fell apart. Given the love dbrand get online from people and influencers I was very disappointed given the price. I never emailed and complained -my bad- and just bought a new shitty no brand single material case. The YouTube I've watched recently indicated that dbrand has increased the strength of the magnets. Im really hoping that is the case! Is this going to be strong enough to stick the phone to the fridge like the magbak cases advertise?

Yes, the vinyl shrinks over time, which sucks, but the case you get won't be anything too terribly special (that way, you're not overpaying for clear plastic). If you want to get a dbrand skin specifically, might I suggest one of the metallic skins, as they come with a free Triple Black.

Nov 16, 2022 · I had the dBrand skin on my late 2021 MBP. As I previously wrote in this thread, placement was difficult because of the absolute fit without any relief. And, I was never able to set it square on the machine. I recently acquired a 2022 MBA13 and decided to try the EasySkinz--less money than dBrand. Installation was better than the dBrand on my MBP.

I have purchased from dbrand many times. As long as the products value is less than £15 ( not including shipping.. JUST the skins value) you shouldn't be charged at all. I have placed about 7 orders so far and not been charged at all. However.

Nov 5, 2023 · Contact support and ask them, I've been ordering from dbrand for years and their customer support is the best I've ever dealt with. Dbrand always have issues with first batches (original grip fell apart, airpods case lid didn't stick properly etc etc) but they've always offered solutions to those issues and made sure their customers are happy.

Sep 18, 2023 · How bulky is the dbrand case for 15 Pro (or 15 Pro Max)? How does the size and weight compare to Mous Limitess 5.0 or Clarity 2.0? Per dbrand.com, stated thin at 2mm, which seems pretty thick to me. I have the Ghost case, which is 1.2mm, which is relatively thin. The Ghost is an amazing all-around case with great form factor.
