Median D-dimer level was 1.113 mg/L (695 to 1853), and 152 patients (12%) had a D-dimer level below 500 mg/L. Of these 152 patients, only 12 had a CKD-EPI eGFR of 30-60 mL/min, and none had one below 30 mL/min.
