Jun 14, 2018 · I am having difficulties with my Cyrus CD player in that it won't play new cdi but comes up with the message 'No Disc'. It is only new discs that it won't play though they play perfectly well on my other CD players. Any comments welcome. The model is a cyrus 8

Dec 24, 2018 · And of course they match well with Cyrus amps or streamers (or phono amps if you are into vinyl). I would try to hear one if you can. No doubting the quality of the kit, but Cyrus, like Rega or other brands has a certain brand “sound”, which to me is part of the appeal.

The jury is out regarding Cyrus support/service at this point. I never had any issues with the Naim players I had over the years until the laser mech died. Hopefully Cyrus steps up ...

May 7, 2022 · I have a Cyrus Stream X Signature. I stream via my iPad Pro and the (free) Cyrus Cadence app, and Qobuz. I bought it used and am very happy with it. Like you, I’ve a Cyrus CDi CD player (and PSX R2 power supply unit). I also have a Cyrus Phono Signature phono stage (also with PSX R2).

Aug 9, 2022 · Cyrus, Roksan, Musical Fidelity, Cambridge, Rega, etc Some of the newer ones will have those extra inputs/outputs but you don't have to use them. Flavour of the month appears to be the Marantz 6007 and as the owner of a Marantz player I can tell you that they know their stuff.
