Mixto 51% agave/49% piloncillo from 2010, 1L bottle. Great nose and taste for a mixto. A little astringent, some baked apple notes on the nose. Very light at 35% almost feels like an agave liqueur. Relatively round mouthfeel, longer finish than I’d expect. Aromas: Fruity and floral. Citrus and a mineral pop to the nose.
