CSRSS hosts the server side of the Win32 subsystem. It is considered a system critical process, and if it is ever terminated you'll get a blue screen. More data is necessary, but you need to find out if some process is terminating csrss, or if it is crashing due to a bug. Windows Internals is a great book for stuff like this.

Eu percebi que o uso na aba de detalhes estava baixo mesmo, acusei aquela aba por que quando tentava ir atrás do arquivo do csrss.exe ele também citava que estava nessa aba mas enfim... As opções que citou não deram frutos, tentei na ordem que colocou e seguindo os passos mas acabaram dando na mesma

Hola, lo dicho, trasteando con el programa process explorer, me encontrado con la ejecución de 2 procesos de csrss.exe. Sé que es un proceso indispensable para Win, pero me preocupa el ver 2 procesos con el mismo el nombre, más aún sabiendo la naturaleza de este proceso, hablando de permisos y ubicación.

This causes the laptop fans to go crazy, there is stuttering on videos and on my mouse and my work (which is resource intensive) is affected.
