Jul 8, 2023 · If you have just a single box, I’d suggest building the cryptek, Apprentek, both plasmacytes, the despotek, 1x Deathmark and 2x guardians with Gauss rifles. The Apprentek and despotek are essential for some of your tricks.

Oct 25, 2022 · I don't think any other kill team leaders have combat stats that are worse than their own regular troops. We're supposed to accept that a Cryptek had weaker hit rolls than a Necron Warriors who hit on 3+, and is comparable to a redshirt guardsman or wyrmblade cultist.

Feb 25, 2023 · Seems like the optimal build is the models you dont get a choice about (cryptek, 2 plasmacytes), the apprentek, the Despotek, one Deathmark, and two immortals.
