Dec 17, 2024 · Crook AC was founded in 1974 and has grown to be the largest club in South West Co. Durham! We’re affiliated to England Athletics, Northern Athletics and the North Eastern Counties Athletic Association. We cater for EVERYONE, with members of all ages and abilities from complete beginners to seasoned veterans and also have a thriving junior section.

Founded in 1974, Crook AC is now the largest running club in South West County Durham. As an affiliated member of England Athletics, we have a democratic representation at both regional and national levels.

Where are Crook AC? Crook & District AC Peases West Sports Centre, Peases West, Crook, County Durham, DL15 9SY Directions on how to reach Peases West Sports Centre. From Crook market place, travel West on the A689 (Commercial Street) for 150 metres. Turn right at the mini-roundabout onto the B6298 that goes North towards Billy Row.

Training at Crook AC. Go to: Training Times / Juniors / Seniors & Vets / Track Etiquette. Juniors, Seniors and Veterans all have a place at our training sessions at our athletics centre at Peases West. Our main Senior and Veterans session is on a Tuesday night from 6pm and Junior night is a Thursday from 6pm.
