Croda International Plc, the company that uses smart science to create ingredients and technologies that improve lives, today announces that the Board has appointed Stephen Oxley as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Director.

With a deep understanding of chemical innovation and broad operational and management experience, Keith joined Croda in 1984 and was appointed to the Board as Chief Technology Officer in 2012. Until January 2016 he was responsible for the Technology Investment Group.
