Sep 16, 2019 · CALGARY – Canadian Pacific will be painting 10 of its newly rebuilt SD70ACU locomotives into its historic tuscan red, gray, and gold paint scheme.

CPKC has ordered 170 new ET44ACs from GE; delivery will start in 2025 and run 2 or 3 yeas.

#7303 & 7304 still wear as of January 2016, D&H paint. #7306 & 7308 were painted into CP's Corporate Red Paint in the middle 1990's, but were lettered for CP's St. L&H subsidiary. Although that subsidiary was merged back into CP in 2000, the engines weren't rebuilt/repainted until 2014 and now wear the Canadian Pacific name.
