Jul 23, 2006 · The problem I am having is that after I load the necessary software and shut down ...physically insatll the card .....My computer will not start up.....If I remove the card it starts again....I am not a computer "geek" just an everyday user who doesn't know all the techie stuff..... Any help would be greatly appreciated

Jul 24, 2008 · Today my XP was locked up for over 5 hours 'updating files'....not backing up...so I called Geek Squad. Two agents were unable to help me stop the 'updating' or to uninstall the software. We even tried doing that in 'safe mode' but we were unsuccessful. The computer is completely locked up during 'updating' and I cannot access files or email.
