Jan 20, 2025 · For concealed carry the 9mm Colt Defender is far and away the better piece for concealment. It has a shorter butt, much lighter weight, and only sacrifices one round in the magazine. It is not any harder to control in shooting and will fit in any 1911 holsters though there are many made for 3" 1911 pistols which every manufacturer mades.

May 23, 2018 · Using the old Colt database I got nothing returned until I input the SN as 70N20258. That returned as a 1974 GCNM. Inputting it that way on the new database the same way gets the same result however, inputting it as 20258N70 I get two records; both 1982; one listed as a Gold Cup National Match, and the other as a as a Blue Gold Cup.

Original box with brochure, factory sighting targets, 3 clips, cleaning tools, 2 grip adapters with envelope. My dad used to buy and sell guns on the side and collected Winchester rifles. He bought this gun from a retired judge he had as a customer in early 1960's.
