At the main menu press rt and lt repeatedly and you will break free from the chair. Go to the back of the room where there is a computer and hold x. From here you can do a few things.

So I've tried installing a mod on bo1 but I've yet to see a mod prompt in main menu, it looks just like the console version, I've re-installed and have the same issue. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
