Condition Monitoring Observer Reports on Drought (CMOR-Drought) is a tool that allows citizen scientists to submit observation reports relating to drought, which are presented in a map that can be used to view and access submitted information and attachments.

All system users must have a State Active Directory account in order to access and utilize state applications (ie CIMOR). If your State Active Direcory account has been disabled please call the ITSD Helpdesk at 573.526.5888 (local) or 888.601.4779 (toll free).

You can use the Condition Monitoring Observer Reports (CMOR) system to report drought-related conditions and impacts within the U.S. and its territories.
