Care Ministry Network International (CMNi) is primarily directed towards the local congregation. Its intent is to provide pastors and leaders the opportunity to train and develop their people to come alongside them to provide Biblical and practical care to all who are part of the church family.

CMNi focuses on developing a partnership between pastors and church members to establish a network of congregational care that ensures that all of the church members receive equal care.

Dr. Bosman wrote the first CMNi materials in 1990 in response to his association with Dr. Mel Steinbron. Since then, CMNi has been presented to many congregations as a tool for ‘closing the back door’ in churches around the world.

Although its initial inspiration comes from Dr. Mel Steinbron, CMNi presents a most contemporary approach with a newly created concept and up to date training resources, with modern day vernacular, to assist leaders and participants alike.
