On a cardboard case that I have the razor is called a Clix E-Z- Flow Razor ,they also came in black a Bakelite case. I have two Clix razors one with a hex handle with a pointed end and the other has a fluted handle with a rounded end . Glenn

Oct 14, 2014 · The Clix 500 (or E-Z Flow 500) with the all metal head is a great shaving razor; one of the my favorite non-Gillette vintage DEs. I find it a medium-aggressive razor, which for me is the sweet spot. I typically use a few different handles on mine, but the stock fat Bakelite handle is actually pretty nice, despite its somewhat goofy looks.
Clix Safety Razor - Badger & Blade
Oct 13, 2006 · Anymore luck on the Clix info? I recently found one in my uncles stuff. Mine has a copper colored head with safety bar. There was also a Gillette comb head in with mine that fits the handle. I got them all cleaned and polished. It does shave very well. I too was concerned about the space between the comb bar and the blade.

Jul 18, 2011 · Since I didn't use Clix with my handles I sold it for cheap here. Before I shipped it I gave it a test shave and it was terrific, I instantly regretted selling it but a deal is a deal. I've kept my eye out for another since then but they are rather rare and nice example go for more then I was willing to pay.

Dec 16, 2016 · While the PAA and Merkur 45 are obvious modern versions, it seems every producer, Gillette, Gem, Clix, Star, even Barbasol, incorporated the material into their products at some time. And lets not forget the many obscure companies that were able to compete in the market do to the economic advantages of a more pliable material.

Is it really a Gillette Milord? | Badger & Blade
Mar 7, 2020 · Some parts not all. They didn't make this style base plate on this razor until 1948 and the collar style was never used prior either. They also didn't produce any TTO 1pc razors for the military during the war or afterwards. The military stuff was 3pc razors like the Tech and the bakelite ones that are similar to a Clix razor.
