Nov 22, 2013 · My brother-in-law recommended that I use clear nail polish on the screws instead of the Loctite that came with the LT129. He explained that Loctite, while great for ensuring screws don't back out of screw holes, can be difficult to unscrew when it comes time to remove the Aimpoint from the mount.

Mar 14, 2010 · Hi, I would like to sand and polish the slide on my hi point c9, but worried I won't be able to reassemble after the fact. Does any know of a gunsmith near king of prussia that would be fair on price for this? I know it's simple, but do not want to punch out pin and worry about reassemble. The bluing is gorgeous as well, except for two spots on the barrel, the larger is the size of a drywall nail head. The larger is on the underside of the barrel, just in front of the forearm. A much smaller spot is in the same location, but closer to the side of the barrel. Something came in contact with that underside when it was store in the safe.
