Aug 20, 2011 · My dad's 3rd gen evap core get's clogged up about once a year since we farm and are in the dust all the time. I just pull out the blower, run a garden hose up to it, rinse, let it soak for a few minutes, put a sprayer nozzle on the hose and rinse again.

Originally I wanted an 06+ truck as I prefer the exterior styling. However the early 03-04 trucks do have some perks.

With that you can use fluids to help as it should drain out.

Jun 24, 2015 · Pretty much any AC-Safe air conditioner cleaner should work. It also seemed that some owners of 1st gen Ram's were cutting holes in there dashs to access the evaporator so it could be cleaned out, and then installing an access plate.

So I was having the typical AC issues which included limited airflow and I also noticed that my evaporator was freezing up.
