No, it's not a 100% solution - it's not like having a brand new, working browser - some sites it will refuse to connect to but if anything it's proof the proxies do work in general and if you were inclined you could set up your own, specifally designed for Classilla.

However, i still keep IE 5.1 around because it will download some pages that neither Mozilla nor Classilla will, and IE rarely crashes. iCab is the worst of all--crashes almost every timne i run it. The site is accessible to older browsers and the video downloads are in MPEG-1 and 2, so easily playable in VLC or Quicktime as long as you stay at 360p or below.
