Map data in China must use the official GCJ-02 coordinate system with an intentional obfuscation offset. The offset is random (~50m - 500m in any direction) and the algorithm to correct for it is based on your location. Companies and apps (like baidu, wechat, ofo, etc) are or use licensed information to correct the offset.
