I know the usual method is to spear them at night, but this is not really an option with a 2 1/2 metre croc still at large in the creek (I saw some slide marks down there this morning!).

what p [eoples thought on the best bait for cherabin, i have tried cat food, chook pellets and the best the i found is pilchards. must say i ahve necer really done well with only ever getting 4 or 5 out of 6 pots, ands nothing ever of size. any tips would be appreciated as well.
