May 6, 2020 · Do you think that the face chara had when you are being jump scared was just her face melting from her (my head cannon says chara is female) determination? I get that the reasons monsters melt is that their physical bodies are just not on par to humans.

Chara is mentioned as making a "scary face" by Asriel in a old VHS tape. Sans, Flowey and Monster Kid all mention Frisk making a scary face when Chara is in control.

Intimidation: Even as a little child, Chara could make "scary faces" as they made one to Asriel in the second tape found in the true labs. They also make one to the player during the Genocide Run.
