Jul 17, 2023 · No. CGF is a different set of families to GSF, although they are both part of The Families. Apparently, Lamar says the leaders of GSF moved on and gave up gang life, and Grove Street was taken by the Ballas. The HD era games GTA 4 and its DLC + GTA 5 are in a seperate universe than the PS2 era 3d games ( GTA 3, VC, San Andreas, VC-Stories etc..)

Jan 16, 2024 · Yes. The CGF and GSF are the same gang they just exist in different times. In Gta:SA the GSF (Grove Street families) controlled grove Street but in GTA 5, the CGF lost grove Street to the Ballers so they renamed themselves to the Chamberlain Gangster Families.
