The beach villas are just metres away from the beach with over 150sqm of floor space with direct access to the beach. Downstairs is a lounge area with a guest bathroom, a bar, large deck, sun loungers and a private plunge pool.

Our farm In addition to a small permaculture garden on the island we have been gradually developing a 7ha farm on Bintan using permaculture principles. Permaculture theory in an agricultural setting is a holistic approach to natural resource management where natural systems are designed to work harmoniously together.

Adventure. There is a boulder on the north west side of the island that we use for natural rock climbing. Walking trails through the untouched rainforest are also a must do for the adventurous, but should be done with a guide- ask our team on the island for more information.

Rates. Rates for the whole island are S$18,000 per night (Mon to Thu) and S$27,000 per night (Fri to Sun). Please note we have a two night minimum stay.

Diving. The islands near Cempedak are ringed in stunning coral reefs and there are many opportunities to dive. Visibility varies greatly throughout the year and whilst the best conditions for diving will depend on many factors, the months from March to November are usually the best for diving in these waters.
