Cecil Stedman is a major character in Invincible, debuting from Season 1 and onwards. He is the director of the Global Defense Agency. Following the massacre of the Guardians of the Globe, he sought to identify the murderer but quickly realized it was actually Omni-Man.

Cecil is an old, grizzled looking Caucasian male with thinning stringy white hair and piercing blue eyes. His hair falls long in the back but is obviously thinning on the top of his head. He is not the type of man to smile lightly, and can almost always be found with a serious look upon his face.
