Built as a GP40 for the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy, CBQ 622. It became BN 3022 at the merger and was rebuilt to a GP40M by BN, becoming BN 3517. passed to BNSF as its BNSF 3016. Still on the roster in 2023 but stored.
