Sep 13, 2023 · Sounds like you're missing the "Advanced Weapon Grades" tech. To craft Catun 2 and higher you need four things. 1. Skill level high enough to craft the models. For Catun 2 this would just be 35, so you're good. 2. The "Advanced Weapon Smithing" tech, which is a tier 3 tech, to unlock the level 2 weapons smithing bench. 3.

Catun 1 is the highest available to tech level 3. If you're not tech level 4 yet, you could not have possibly researched Catun 2 and 3 currently, thus capping you at Catun 1.
