America really doesn't recognize the caste labels of "3/4 [X] race with 1/4 [Y] race" or anything of the sort. It's generally just the closest label that best matches or simply just "mixed". You're free to identify and inform people that you'd prefer to be known as castizo, but hardly anyone will look at you and say "that person is castizo".

Textbook Castizo (my oldest uncle on my father's side is a good example, Vicente Fernandez & Edward James Olmos are also very good examples) they still have a very Mexican look, despite being 3/4 Iberian.
