Carnival Day, or Last Lap, is an annual tradition in Saint Kitts and Nevis that takes place on the last Monday of July. It is a day of celebration that marks the end of the carnival season and is celebrated with music, dancing, costumes, and feasting.

The next day, January 2nd, sees the closing of the Carnival with the Last Lap, a final parade and outing of the colourful costumes of the carnival participants before the winners of the Best Carnival Troupe and Road March Song competitions are announced.
