CAREW & COMPANY (BANGLADESH) LTD. has been established in the year 1938 and Incorporated in the year 1962. After the independence of Bangladesh the company was declared an abandoned property under P.O 27 of 1972 and its ownership vested on the Government of Bangladesh. The Government transferred the company to Bangladesh Sugar and Food Industries
