Cabba is a slim, short-statured character with fair skin, designed by Akira Toriyama. He has black, spiky hair with a bang over his forehead, akin to Gohan's during the Majin Buu Saga. Cabba's eyes are narrow, featuring large black pupils.

Caulifla makes sense to be skinny, as she's a comedic character and her physical humor works better with her design. The problem is with a dramatic character like Cabba is supposed to be, you can't take him seriously.

All other Saiyans gain muscle mass when they transform. Against Cell, Gohan got beefy despite otherwise having the stature of a kid. Why doesn't Cabba gain any muscle mass when he transforms? It looks pretty weird to see a Super Saiyan that still has stick thin arms.
