Jan 24, 2023 · Although CZ probably has the most accessories available, I rarely modify firearms and shoot them as is out of the box. Between the new TS 2 Orange and the DW DWX, which is more desirable right out of the box? Both have the single action trigger make both attractive. I am a big fan of 1911s. Both have a great reputation for accuracy.

Oct 21, 2019 · With the DWX aluminum baseplates, the mags do not reach the ejector even with the mag catch depressed. So be forewarned about using p-10f magazines. CZ told me the ejector is proprietary and they couldn’t sell or send me one.

Dec 26, 2022 · For that reason I'd recommend the DWX in 40 IF you can get legal extended base pads to reach at least 18 reloadable in the mag. 20 would be better. 15 in a mag is totally useless. Failing that, buy a GOOD, used 2011 in 40sw and say goodbye to the CZ world. If you are like me, you cannot effectively switch back and forth.

Oct 21, 2019 · I've used the CZ Custom universal plate on 2 SP-01s. I didn't have any issues from them coming lose while shooting, but I did bump a dot getting in/out of a side-by-side that knocked it loose. I think the DWX would use the same plate.

Oct 21, 2019 · First time drawing the DWX from a holster and ran into a grip issue coming from my Shadow 2 to the DWX. I hold the gun so high and the safety is so small on the DWX when the slide cycles it rides the top of my firing hand thumb.

Oct 21, 2019 · "The DWX can utilize standard grips from a CZ 75. Corresponding magwells for the 75 series are compatible as well. With so many ways to tune and customize, the DWX is sure to shine!" This is what I found: - regular lenght (so called Long) aluminum CZ factory grips fit fine.

Oct 21, 2019 · Having both 1911s and CZ 75 (TS) I will say that the trigger on the CZ is better than any other pistol on the market EXCEPT a well tuned 1911. I have spent countless hours tuning the TS trigger and while it is light and crisp and the sear engagement is short, I can't get rid of the gawd-awful take up.

Jul 5, 2023 · Shot my DWX against a stock Staccato P today and it made me like the DWX that much better. Flat trigger, trigger (EGW kit) was way lighter, and the reset was shorter. The staccato still felt a little top heavy to me also. Both guns were pretty new. My DWX has about 400 and the P had less than 1000.

Oct 21, 2019 · The CZ plate was night and day in quality and fit with my DWX compared to the loose tolerances of the IM plate. Did the plate screws or the optic screws fail? The 1/4" plate screws it comes with are too short IMO.

Oct 21, 2019 · Just an FYI for anyone thinking about ordering the Springer Precision Competition Basepad - for CZ P07/P09/P10 (SKU SP0307): They "work" with the CZ factory magwell, but the base-pads are not tall enough to make contact or come close, with or without the magwell.
