Welcome to the Residential Dining Halls. Our 5-week cycle Fall/ Spring menus are carefully planned to meet the dining needs of all residents. The dates of each of the cycles are listed below to help you view the appropriate menu cycle.

Beach Shops operates two on-campus Residential Dining Halls, Parkside & Hillside, and Beachside Dining Hall located just a few miles from CSULB. Each facility has similar menus that are based on a 5-week cycle and are complimented with an “all-you-care-to-eat” hot-food bar, deli and salad bar, fresh fruit, soups, and desserts.

You may also visit the Where to Eat page to learn more about the dining options in your dining hall and at various campus locations. Our registered dietitian has partnered up with the residential management and culinary team to create menus that meet your needs.

Mar 12, 2022 · All the dorm halls are surrounding a main dinning hall for them. There are three hillside, parkside, and beachside dinning; in increasing order of food quality. Commuter’s plans are available but I would advise against it, if you have any dietary preferences.

Monday through Friday Hillside Dining Hall provides breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. Brunch and dinner are hosted on Saturdays at the Hillside Dining Hall and on Sundays at the Parkside Dining Hall.
