GTI is a veteran in gender training’s to the corporate sector, development and the public sector, since the 1990’s. GTI is the training wing of Centre for Social Research by Dr. Ranjana Kumari. Dr. Kumari has been pioneering gender movement in India since 1970’s.

The team at CSR is hard at work with a much stronger resolve to make gender equality a possibility. We are working on an important study for the purposes of mainstreaming gender in India’s Foreign Policy, in the areas, Health & Humanitarian Aid, Environment & Climate Change and Trade & Commerce.

CSR has threefold focus areas – grassroots, research and advocacy matters. We have a well established grassroots network, driven by strong social change, mainly through women’s empowerment programmes wherein people are being trained regularly in order to build up their capacity and competence.
