Jul 7, 2012 · In CS:S you can only shoot through tiny walls and/or doors, in 1.6 you can shoot almost through everything(if you played fy_iceworld in 1.5 of 1.6 you should know that people can easily get a kill through 2 huge iceblocks with an AWP at the very beginning of a round).

Jul 20, 2013 · For both CS and CS:OZ, I cannot find any options to enable fast weapon switch, also known as quickswitch. It's somewhat frustrating, as I hate switching to the other weapon then pressing the mouse. Is there a console command to enable quickswitch? I've tried looking for an Advanced setting, but the only option is to change weather effects.

May 11, 2015 · The advice should still remain for 1.6, source or CS:GO. If you also make sure when you look in the config folder that it is set to show hidden files and show extensions. A common thing in general is to create config.cfg.txt and hide config.cfg (as an example). If show extension isn't set the user just sees a dummy config.cfg. –

Jul 22, 2013 · It used to in earlier versions of CS, but was removed prior to 1.6. You don't need to switch weapons unless you want to run away faster or think you'll need to use your pistol. Zoom and fire when I see an enemy in the center of my screen (I some time do it so fast that it appears like scope less fire which is part of the tip/trick)
