CRJ continues its PREA training for all staff and residents in the community- based residential reentry programs to prevent sexual misconduct and to fully investigate and prosecute those involved in such conduct.
CRJ’s service model as we know it quickly began to take shape. In 1999, the Crime and Justice Foundation merged with Massachusetts Half-Way Houses, which provided residential and non-residential programs for adults with developmental disabilities and men and women leaving incarceration.
