Jun 25, 2003 · Centrax software will produce the same types of analysis that CRA Wiz will - so even though the report won't be identical to what your examiner has, the information on it should be. The amount of manual input is usually a function of your core processor. Centrax (and I imagine CRA Wiz) will help you set up the download definitions.

Jun 1, 2011 · There are different file formats for HMDA than for CRA and of course the reports can be a little different based on how the data varies between the HMDA LAR and the CRA LAR. Bascially they are one and the same. Fair Lending Wiz is a whole other animal and that will analyze your lending in completely different ways than regular CRA Wiz.
