CP0, more properly known as Cipher Pol "Aigis" Zero (サイファーポール"イージス"ゼロ, Saifā Pōru Ījisu Zero?), is the strongest intelligence agency among Cipher Pol, working directly under the World Nobles.

CP0 is known to the public but is different from the other units in that its members work directly as enforcers for the World Nobles, and thus are the strongest agency. According to the Enies Lobby Arc, the official uniform for Cipher Pol agents is a black suit and fedora.
