Nowadays, traders can apply COO electronically from UNI-PASS3 operated by KCS or from the Trade Certification Service Center of Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI), from which applicants fill in and submit the application form along with the supporting documents and self-print the issued COO after approval by KCI or KCCI.
