I’d like to know more about Synergy 735 and Blaser’s unique Liquid Tool. “The best coolant I’ve ever used. My guys love it.”

Sep 13, 2019 · If you do decide to go with Synergy 735, just make sure you have a "properly grounded" machine, that you coat everything in Tool & Die Saver and you disassemble and clean all fixturing twice a week and you should be good to go.

Nov 28, 2016 · It seems as though this is a hot topic right now. The Business of Machining podcast just brought up the Synergy 735 as well. I guess Titan Gilroy is one of the only guys using it that are publicly endorsing it. Does anyone else use this stuff?

Mar 17, 2022 · I am using Blaser Synergy 735, overall it has worked well for our needs. It was used in a new machine (Doosan DNM5700) for almost 4 years, and recently we started seeing breakdown of the wipers on the waycovers.

I have been using Blaser Synergy 735 which came highly recommended by a colleague. Had it in a Makino PS95 for almost three years as a test. When I cleaned it out, I found some some pretty nasty clumps of small chips combined with sludge that had turned into waxy grease with chips.

Nov 5, 2014 · This 735 leaves behind this clear jelly-like stuff. It does re-dissolve once coolant hits it again... it's just like it holds onto water more or something, so the residue is thicker, tackier, gummier than with other coolants.
