There is no standard font associated with particular security levels. The US Government does most of its work in MS Word, so a lot of documents are in Times New Roman (old) and Calibri (newer). And Courier is used for traditional typewriter-style stuff.

May 18, 2018 · Closest I'm finding for the title is Memphian Light - I'm guessing it's based on old typewriters. That curvy capital R is unique but seems so familiar from back when I used a typewriter as a kid...that R is nagging me a bit. Stafford Serial Light looks similar as well, but has the wrong capital R. Memphian looks absolutely closest to me.

Apr 6, 2023 · Desmume is a DS emulator. It won't do anything for 3DS games. Citra, as you've already identified, is a 3DS emulator which can run games in 3DS or CIA file formats. Use this tool to decrypt your games. Alternatively, you can download decrypted ROMs directly from Ziperto.
