I set up new from local hosted controller to CGU. I only had a switch and 3 APs. I released or forgot everything from old controller and adopted to new controller. Set wifi up same as it was on old controller. It all went off very smoothly. I also took the opportunity to do a fresh install of my pihole raspberry pi device.

May 1, 2013 · CGU suck, had the same experience 8 months ago. Took me 12 months to get them to cancel it. they did back pay me as I had sold the property, that took 3 months. They have obviously got worse, I was only on hold for 45-90 mins. I would put you complaint in writing (fax and email) and send it in (fax 1300 763 019) track down a director or something?
