Apr 8, 2019 · Solved: Recently every time I turn on my PC (Windows 10) there are two Creative Cloud pop-ups (attached image).

On reboot Adobe CC attempts to download 'cc.png' from 'connect.ffc.adobeoobe.com'. I've been pressing cancel hoping an update would fix the issue but no luck so far. There is another thread with the same issue but that was marked 'solved' when it was clearly not solved.

Marcelo did you solve this issue or did Adobe staff just mark this as 'solved' without your input? I'm having this issue as well.

Dec 7, 2020 · I figured it out. I opened the png file that was adding a black background to the png file when placing it in Illustrator, went to Image > Color Mode and changed it to RGB then saved it. Once I did that, I dragged over the new .psd file and it worked with both 8bit and 16bit. This also worked when exporting the file to .png. Hope this helps!
