On February 24, 2016, NBC announced that NBC Kids would be discontinued and replaced by a new Saturday morning E/I block based on the network's The More You Know campaign reaimed at teenagers and produced by Litton Entertainment. The block first aired on October 8, 2016.

NBC Kids was an American Saturday morning children's television programming block that aired on NBC from July 7, 2012 to September 25, 2016. Telemundo also aired a version of the block under the "MiTelemundo" title, which featured a separate lineup of Spanish-dubbed programs until December 31, 2017.

It uses the 2022 NBC logo, but with "kids" in lowercase placed next to it in the four colors from the peacock symbol, red, purple, blue and green. The outline is also added around the peacock, serving as a nod to the 1986 logo design.
